Description

Adds a user to the organization account. This action is available only to system administrators. If User Auto Provisioning (UAP) is enabled and the user matches UAP rules, they are automatically added to the organization. Otherwise, the user receives an invitation and must accept to join. Note that in some cases, attributes like firstName and lastName may be ignored, particularly if inviting an existing Smartsheet user who has not yet accepted a previous invitation.
