| Appointment For | text | The customer the appointment is scheduled for. The list offers contacts; for a custom customer module, set Appointment For Module and enter the record ID. |
| Appointment For Module | text | The API name of the module the customer record belongs to. Contacts unless the organization uses a custom customer module. |
| Service ID | text | The ID of the service (Services module) the appointment is for. |
| Owner | text | The user who delivers the service. They must be a member of the selected service. |
| Start Time | date-time | When the appointment starts. It must lie in the future and inside the availability of the service. Zoho computes the end time from the duration of the service. |
| Location | select | Where the service is delivered. The value must be one of the locations allowed on the service. |
| Address | text | The address of the customer. Required when the location is Client Address. |
| Additional Information | textarea | Free-text notes stored on the appointment. |
