Triggers

Deleted Record

Triggers when a record of the selected object is deleted. Only the IDs are available because the record no longer exists.

New List Entry

Triggers when a record is added to the selected list.

New Note

Triggers when a note is created, optionally only on records of one object.

New Record

Triggers when a record of the selected object is created.

New Task

Triggers when a task is created.

Updated List Entry

Triggers when an attribute value of an entry in the selected list changes. Attio sends one event per changed attribute.

Updated Record

Triggers when an attribute value of a record of the selected object changes. Attio sends one event per changed attribute, so one edit of several attributes triggers several times.

Actions

Add Record To List

Add a record to a list. If the record is already in the list, its existing entry is updated instead of creating a duplicate.

Create Comment

Start a comment thread on a record, or reply to an existing thread.

Create Company

Create a company record.

Create Note

Create a note on a record.

Create a person record.

Create Record

Create a record of any object. Fails if a value conflicts with a unique attribute; use Upsert Record to update an existing record instead.

Delete Comment

Delete a comment. Deleting the first comment of a thread deletes the whole thread.

Remove Record From List

Remove an entry from a list. The record itself is not deleted.

Create a task, optionally linked to a record and assigned to workspace members.

Find Companies

Find companies by domain or name. Returns at most 500 records.

Find People

Find people by email address or name. Returns at most 500 records.

Find Records

Find records of an object using an Attio filter. Returns at most 500 records.

Search Records

Full-text search for records across one or more objects by name, domain, email, phone or social handle. Returns at most 25 records. The search index is eventually consistent, so very recent changes may be missing.

Find Tasks

Find tasks by linked record, assignee or completion. Returns at most 500 tasks.

Get Record

Get a record by its ID.

Get Task

Get a task by its ID.

Get Workspace

Get the Attio workspace the account is connected to (name, slug, ID) and the scopes of the access token.

List Attributes

List the attributes of an object, including their API slugs, types and whether they are writable or unique.

List Lists

List all lists in the workspace that the token can access.

List Objects

List all objects in the workspace (People, Companies, Deals and custom objects).

List Workspace Members

List all members of the workspace.

Make API Call

Perform an authorized request to any Attio REST API endpoint not covered by the other components.

Update a company record. Only the fields you fill in are changed.

Update the deadline, completion or assignees of a task. Attio does not allow changing the content of a task.

Upload File

Upload a file to a record (for example a person or company). The file appears in the Files tab of the record. Maximum file size is 50 MB.

Create or Update Company

Create a company, or update the existing company with the same domain. Multiselect values (domains) are added to the existing ones.

Create or Update Person

Create a person, or update the existing person with the same email address. Multiselect values (emails, phone numbers) are added to the existing ones.

Create or Update Record

Create a record, or update the existing one that has the same value of the matching attribute. Multiselect values are added to the existing ones.

Find Notes

Find notes, optionally only the notes of one record. Returns at most 500 notes.

Find List Entries

Find entries of a list using an Attio filter. Returns at most 500 entries.
